Admission procedure for the academic year 2026-2027
Dear students,
Dear parents,
For the academic year 2026–2027, the Athénée de Luxembourg will organise a second round of admission tests for entry into the following grades of our international classes:
- Grade 10
- Grade 11
Note: Admissions to other grades are not possible due to absence of available places. Students who participated in the first round are ineligible for the second round.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Students must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 10: Completion of Grade 9/S3 by July 2026 and date of birth before 31 August 2012
- Grade 11: Completion of Grade 10/S4 by July 2026 and date of birth before 31 August 2011
2. Admission Tests
All candidates must sit admission tests in:
- Grade 10: English, Mathematics, and French (minimum CEFR level A2)
- Grade 11: English, Mathematics, and French (minimum CEFR level A2+)

Portfolio Submission

Admission Day (On-site)
Date: 7 September 2026
Activities: Written tests and oral interview with examiner board. Dates are final and non-adjustable.
