Several students (of the IB classes) used the opportunity to meet Ben Feringa, the chemistry Nobel prize winner of 2016, in person after his talk in the Aula. Amongst their many questions were inquiries about the intial source of his breakthrough idea and how to keep up the motivation for a long time despite setbacks. The session was ended with signatures and selfies with the famous and empathic scientist.
