This year the biology students of the 2I participate in the climate detectives contest run by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the national European Space Education Resource Offices (ESEROs) throughout Europe. The winners will be invited to a Climate Detectives Summit at ESRIN, Italy in May 2026.
Frederic Conrotte, ESERO Manager and Science Communicator at Luxembourg Science Center, joined the class to present satellite imaging and its uses in different fields. The students were taught how to use different analysis tools and thereby process data which can be used for their personal investigations.
